This programme is for the group of friends accompanying a girl on her last moments as a single.

In this workshop we have:

• The group welcome, with soft drinks and a presentation.
• Banana project
• A gift T-shirt
• Warm-up dance
• Teaching of pole dance techniques, sensuality and choreography.
• Ending with a gift from the GYRA Academy to the group. A pole dance show by professionals with group participation.
